Group Personal training are my specialty but I also teach step, kick boxing,
circuit training, sculpting and weight training classes as well as
independent personal training. I have 20 years experience with group classes
and 10 years with personal training.
Monique Gorman
Specializing in circuit training and boot camp style group fitness classes.
The average person devotes an hour or less to exercise each day. My classes
are designed to integrate multiple components of exercise, including:
strength and resistance based training, cardiovascular training, and
flexibility training. Each class is different and utilizes a range of
fitness tools: dumbbells, resistance bands, weighted plates, weighted bars,
and the participants own body weight. There is something for everyone and
all fitness levels are encouraged to participate.

it can be to motivate yourself to get moving. That's why group exercise is

Being an athlete most of my life has taught me the importance of keeping fit
and staying healthy. I believe everyone regardless of age, physical
condition, mental health, and emotional well-being deserves to feel and
enjoy the freedom of movement and good health. My teaching is designed to
follow the intelligence of the individual body and engage it to move
efficiently, healthfully, and functionally. I design lessons to meet the
demands of each client. The desired outcome being: knowledge of good
alignment and posture, a better understanding of how the body works, an
increased understanding of correct breathing techniques, and increased
mobility and control of balance. Together we can learn to workout smarter,
not harder!

I’m a wife and mother of two young, active children. I have a background in dance and I am currently performing with the Gypsy Rhythm Dancers here in Panama City. I enjoy spending time at the gym, pushing myself physically because I’m concerned for my cardiovascular health and physical strength. I want to help others find their push and drive to find confidence in achieving their physical goals. If I can do it, you can do it too! When you really want it you will push yourself to the limits to achieve any goal.

fitness competitor, and life coach for over 17 years.
Laura Tuvyana
I have been interested in physical fitness since I was very young. Growing
up with 2 brothers I played baseball, basketball and even tackle football.
As an adult, I started taking aerobics classes at 20 years old and teaching
a few years later. I love being around people who enjoy the fitness
experience and I truly value every type of workout philosophy--it all works
if you stick to it!
